What is your return policy?
E-books are not returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All the physical books in my store are printed on demand. As such those items are only eligible for a return if they have not yet begun to be printed. (Usually within 24hours of purchase) Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Help! I didn't receive my ebook!
The moment your purchase is complete, your eBooks are delivered by BookFunnel, our trusted digital delivery partner.
Within just a few minutes, you’ll receive an email from BookFunnel with the subject line “Your Books Are Here!” (or something similar).
This email will include:
A direct download link to your eBooks
Easy instructions for reading on Kindle, tablet, phone, computer, or other eReaders
Help options if you need assistance sending the book to your preferred device
Please be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as sometimes the email can land there.
If you still don’t see it after a few minutes, simply search your inbox for BookFunnel.

When will I get my order?
eBooks are delivered instantly.
As soon as your purchase is complete, your eBooks are sent right away by BookFunnel to the email address you used at checkout. Please be sure to check your inbox, as well as your spam or junk folder, for your BookFunnel delivery email.
Paperbacks are printed especially for you on demand.
Because each paperback is custom printed when ordered, please allow approximately 14–20 days for printing, shipping, and delivery.

I didn't realize I purchased ebooks!
No eReader? No problem at all.
My delivery partner, BookFunnel, makes it easy to read your eBooks directly in your browser, or you can download a PDF file, which works beautifully on almost any device.
Still hoping for paperbacks? I completely understand.
You can browse all available paperback editions here, and many titles are also available through most major book retailers.
If you purchased by mistake and would prefer a refund, please contact my shop customer service within 5 days of purchase at RobertaKagan@gmail.com. We’re always happy to help and can gladly issue a refund once we verify the books have not already been downloaded.
