At Roberta Kagan Publishing, we take great pride in the quality of our books and want every reader to have a wonderful experience.

Paperback Books All paperback sales are final. Due to the nature of physical books, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. We encourage you to review the book description, series order, and any available previews before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us  here robertakagan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we will make it right.

Digital (eBook) Products Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all ebook sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download or file, please reach out and we'll do our best to resolve it promptly.
