eBooks — Digital Delivery eBooks are delivered digitally via BookFunnel and are available within minutes of purchase. You will receive an email from BookFunnel with download instructions shortly after your order is confirmed.

If you don't see it, please check your spam, trash, and promotions folders before contacting us — it's often hiding there! If you still can't locate it after checking, reach out to us at roberta@robertakagan.com with your order number and we'll get it sorted.

Paperback Books — Print & Ship All paperback books are printed on demand. Your order is sent to print within 24 hours of receipt, and delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks from the order date.

Please note that during holidays and peak seasons, there may be additional delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your books to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Confirmation You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
