1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers and visitors of shop.robertakagan.com. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products We offer both paperback and digital (eBook) editions of Roberta Kagan's historical fiction titles. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Digital Products eBooks are delivered via BookFunnel immediately upon purchase. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all eBook sales are final once the download link has been issued.

5. Physical Products Paperback books are printed on demand and shipped within 2–4 weeks of order receipt. All paperback sales are final once an order has shipped. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including book covers, descriptions, author photos, and written content — is the property of Roberta Kagan Publishing and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Roberta Kagan Publishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
