Cancellation policy

urchase Options Roberta Kagan Publishing may offer purchase options including pre-orders and bundled book sets. The following terms apply to all such purchases.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships. Once a paperback has shipped, it is non-refundable in accordance with our standard Refund Policy. eBook pre-orders that have been delivered digitally are also non-refundable.

Bundled Sets Bundled book purchases are sold as a complete set and are non-refundable once shipped. Individual titles within a bundle cannot be returned separately.

Cancellations To cancel a pre-order before it ships, please contact us at [your contact email] with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." We will confirm and process your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
